I’m guessing you probably don’t. I mean, what would be the point of having such a high powered tool at your fingertips and not use it?
Perhaps you’ve guessed where I’m going with this.
That’s right! EFT is your emotional, personal and spiritual growth POWER tool…should you choose to use it as such. Sure you can use here and there with pretty impressive results. But if you really plug yourself into it, you’re going to knock your socks off with it.
I tap daily. Yep, that’s right. EVERY single day. I do it because I know it works. I also do it because I know to my very core that I am a Divine being that is not fully expressing myself due to the stories I have chosen to believe. I am also deeply committed to being able to express myself as fully as possible as that Divine being.
So I tap!
Every morning right after my workout I tap and meditate. Many clients ask me, ” what should I tap about first thing in the morning?” That is a fantastic question. If you have ever been to one of my workshops or to personal sessions, you may have heard me say that as we wake up in the morning, we are actually remembering who we are as a personality. We begin to remember what day it is…and then how we feel about that day. The first thoughts in your mind are how you feel about the day ahead of you. Take note of those feelings.
Are you dreading the day?
Are you dreading a particular activity or person?
Do you hate Mondays?
Did someone pop into your head that you’re angry at?
Do you feel tired?
These are the feelings you tap on. If you are not feeling optimistic and grateful for the day ahead of you, then you have your tapping session in front of you.
As an example, let’s say that you hate Mondays.
You will begin tapping with the set up phrase: Even though I hate Mondays, I deeply and completely love, accept and forgive myself. x3
Then:
I really hate Mondays
It’s so hard to go back to work after the weekend.
I hate seeing (persons name)
I have always hated Mondays
Everyone hates Mondays…
All I can really think about is Friday.
I slave all week working for somebody else.
You can even begin to take this line of tapping deeper to your underlying beliefs, such as:
I feel powerless over my life.
My job controls me…
My boss controls me…
I would really like to spend more time in my home.
I never get to do what I really want to do…
The weekend is never long enough.
I don’t get to do what I want to do.
Then begin to think back to you childhood…when did you feel powerless? tap on those instances…This is how you use your tool on HI POWER…
After tapping through some of these statements begin to turn it to the positive…
Even though it’s Monday maybe I can feel peaceful and calm
Maybe I can even be joyful
I give myself permission to be happy today.
Happiness IS a choice and I choose it now.
I claim my power.
My job…nor the day of the week control how I feel.
I control how I feel.
and I feel happy.
I feel peaceful
I feel good about the day before me.
My mind is flooded with all of my blessings
Continue on with that line of tapping until you are really feeling energized and happy. Here’s to your greatest day so far!!!
