Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping)

dreamstime_s_29933835Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or “tapping” as many refer to it, can be likened to psychological acupressure. EFT runs on the premise that all negative emotions are a result of a disruption in the body’s energy system.

The energy system being the imaginary meridians that run through the body most commonly referred to in Eastern Medicine for the use of acupuncture or acupressure. By tapping on numerous pressure points associated with these meridians on the body and focusing on a negative emotion, the emotion is effectively released, usually within just a few rounds of EFT.

What many practitioners do not understand is the power of EFT to release deep seated, unconscious beliefs. I call this Deeper EFT. Because it’s the emotions that strengthen beliefs we can actually work to a deeper and deeper level to release beliefs that affect your self-worth, self-esteem and confidence.

I have found this to be very powerful in my work with clients.  Releasing deep-seated beliefs around your self-concept has a direct positive effect on your level of wealth, the quality of your relationships and on your health.

We all have beliefs that were formed, usually as children, then as adults we live our lives based on those beliefs. The approach that I use with EFT combined with my intuition guides me to get to and help you to release those beliefs that keep you stuck in self-sabotaging behaviors and patterns.

I couple the power of EFT with the power of hypnosis. After we clear the negative emotions with EFT, I guide you into a deep hypnotic state during which we replace those old negative emotions and beliefs with new positive ideas, emotions, possibilities and perspectives. My clients benefit from greater clarity, increased confidence and a sense of well-being all of which naturally lead them to being more efficient, effective, productive and prosperous.
